At Object District, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- To start a return, email us at help@objectdistrict.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address and pickup details with you.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- All sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for verified damaged or defective items, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Object District will bear the cost of return shipping.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return after delivery.
